Society Studios® approached us to craft an engaging video showcasing the diverse and vibrant student experience in Leeds for their client, Urbanite Student Living. The goal was to highlight the city's unique offerings, from educational institutions to leisure activities, capturing the essence of life for students in this dynamic urban environment.

Capturing Diversity:
The challenge was to authentically represent the diverse aspects of student life in Leeds, from academics to social and recreational activities.

Crafting a narrative that seamlessly blended the academic and social aspects of student life, while showcasing the city's attractions, required thoughtful storytelling and dynamic cinematography.
Approach
Comprehensive Research:
We conducted thorough research on Leeds' student culture, identifying key landmarks, popular student hangouts, and noteworthy academic institutions. This laid the foundation for the video's content.
Dynamic Cinematography & Editing:
Our team utilised a mix of handheld and gimbal footage to capture the energy and diversity of student life. In the edit, we kept it upbeat with many transitions and overlays, keeping it on theme with city living.
Results
The final video successfully captured the dynamic and inclusive student life in Leeds. Shared across Urbanite's website and social media platforms, the video became a powerful tool in attracting prospective tenants to their accommodation in Leeds.
